Beautifully crafted in a housing of Stone Pine, The Waldner Luis combines a grain flaker and a separate grain mill in one elegant unit. So as well as producing the healthiest and most delicious flours and meals for baking, the grain crusher side will roll fresh cereal flakes for mueslis and porridge.
Made in the Austrian Tyrol, The elegant Waldner Luis Grain Mill and Flaker Combo will make the most nutritious and flavourful flours, meals and cereal flakes for all the family. Housed in a solid wood chamber of stone pine, the Waldner Luis has unassuming and sleek lines that will discreetly grace any kitchen. The ultra reliable commercial grade motors in Waldner mills compliment their unbeatable quality of engineering and craftsmanship to give you many years of trouble free service.
The grain mill side will output 130 grams per minute of fine flour from grains, pulses and more. Flour grade is easily set by rotating the clearly marked 1.2kg capacity hopper. The Ceramic Corundum millstones are ultra durable and self cleaning. On the other side of the Luis is a separate grain flaker unit with adjustable steel rollers that will crush cereals for the healthiest and most delicious mueslis and fresh porridge. The crusher will output 110g per minute of cereal flakes. A superb piece of equipment for the healthy kitchen.
