This hand-operated grain mill in solid larch is beautifully crafted and engineered to exacting Austrian standards. Assembly and access to the hopper requires no tools and the low-speed hand operation guarantees low temperature grain milling to preserve vital nutrients. These East Tyrolean household mills can be used to process all types of dry grain as well as dry seeds and maize. Made from extremely durable ceramic corundum, the milling mechanism is self-sharpening and self-cleaning. The all-important mill stones will not wear out and The Farina produces all textures from the lightest and finest flour to coarse meals. Rotating the control on the front adjusts the flour texture with a simple, easy to read indicator printed on it. The Farina will output 35g per minute of fine flour and has a hopper capacity of 450g of grain.
