The machine recognises which size container is attached and adapts its power and programs accordingly. The great thing about personal blenders is that the blending container doubles up as a drink bottle to take with you simply by swapping the blades for a drinking lid. The same wireless technology that reads the container size also future-proofs the Vitamix Ascent by offering the facility for firmware upgrades down the line, should you need them.

The digital display continues the elegant and futuristic theme of the front panel giving a clear heads up of what is going on with the cycle you’ve chosen and we really like the secure locking lids on the jug which double up as a safety interlock switch to prevent you switching the blender on until everything is safe and secure. Offering plenty of power for raw food recipes and with the super tough metal to metal drive system, the Vitamix Ascent offers the power and durability we’ve come to expect from this iconic American brand.
