The kitchen-friendly compact footprint of the Sedona Express Dehydrator will appeal to many dehydrator enthusiasts but it still offers almost 10 square feet of drying area for the full load of all 11 stainless steel trays. The gap between trays is approximately 1″ or 25mm. Tribest Dehydrator technology is about as advanced as it gets, with fully computerised control of its many clever features. The TST or two stage timer feature allows you to set a higher temperature in the early stage of drying to speed up drying without risking damage to nutrients, followed by a longer second stage at nutrient friendly temperatures. There’s a simple ‘raw mode’ drying feature for raw fooders and you can set the dehydrator timers for any period up to 99 hours. There’s also a continuous mode if you want to decide yourself when the Sedona Express should switch off, when your recipes are at the perfect dryness for your needs.
Following others lead, Tribest are the second manufacturer out there to offer clean air food dehydration, by the addition of an air filter behind the drying fan. The filter is washable and there’s a spare in the box for changeover time. As well as making it easy to monitor progress in the dehydrator, the tempered glass door on the Sedona Express has an integral auto cut out switch to turn off the fan and heater when the door is opened, while switching on the internal inspection light at the same time. Tribest call this a ‘smart dehydrator’ but you can’t actually use it to surf the web! There is a usb port on the back though, for any possible future upgrades to its dehydrator brain. The Sedona Express is a premium dehydrator in our range, aimed primarily at raw food fans who prefer a more compact model for their kitchen. Highly recommended.

Excellent Dehydrator & service from UKjuicers
Despite the nice compact size of this dehydrator it accommodates lots of produce. The shelves are a great size are stainless steel & glide smoothly in & out of the chamber. There is a polished stainless steel drip tray in the bottom for easy clean up if required , it can also be used as a shelf for wetter foods .The chamber is well constructed & so is the back grill that covers the workings & fan. The glass door is an excellent idea especially for viewing without opening the chamber it’s easy to cleaning & won’t scratch or discolour.
The fan is pretty quiet , no rattles or vibration. The front control panel is a great Idea with a large illuminated temperature & timer displays. All buttons beep to confirm they have been pressed .Fast ,Raw & Combo settings are excellent & all do a great job. ( I’ve tried them all ) The combo mode is brilliant & gives great results. The Temp button is a good idea for switching between Fahrenheit OR Celsius if you prefer one or the other & the built in LED light is a great idea too.
I Like the fact that the fan turns off when you open the door , this helps keep heat in the chamber. The LED light also illuminates when the door is opened. The light can be turned on by the quick press of a button & will turn its self off after a few seconds if you don’t want to open the door. Another great idea is the washable built in filter which helps keep the components & fan blades clean from particles in the air & prevents particles blowing over the foods during the drying process.
Overall this Dehydrator is a brilliant piece of kit,looks smart in the kitchen & does a brilliant job.
I thought I would review this Dehydrator because I’m very happy with it & couldn’t decide what to do before ordering it .
The help & service from Nick & Joe at U.K Juicers was excellent just as it was during a previous purchase.
I highly recommend this Dehydrator to anyone wanting great results with user friendly controls & very easy clean up.
Results for many fruits & veg have been excellent , healthy fruit leathers are amazing & extremely easy to make in the Sedona Express.
