Sunkist Pro Series Sectionizer

The Sunkist Pro Series Sectionizer really is the Bar Tender’s friend, quickly preparing uniform wedges and slices from citrus fruit. It saves on time and labour and quickly pays for itself in any commercial setting where fruit segments need to be cut safely and accurately.

Simply push down on the plunger and fruit is instantly cut, falling into its own custom container below for immediate use or storage. Supplied as standard with an 8 wedge cutting attachment, it is also compatible with the same blade options as its bigger brother The Sectionizer. As well as slicing and wedging blades for bar fruits, any other fruits can be quickly cut and there is also an apple coring blade option.
