The Sage Smart Scoop™ Ice Cream Maker brings delicious gourmet standard frozen desserts to your kitchen with just a few simple steps. Recipes can be fully automated for desired firmness as the Smart Scoop senses the stiffness in the mixer motion, or you can take manual control with a timer if you prefer.
Presented in professional kitchen grade brushed stainless steel The Sage Smart Scoop Ice Cream Maker is smart in looks as well as in its automated features. Motor sensors detect the thickness of the frozen dessert as it is churned, allowing the machine to complete the task at your desired firmness across 12 automatic settings for sorbet, frozen yoghurt, gelato and ice cream. The keep cool feature will keep the finished dessert cool at the required temperature for up to three hours, so you can keep coming back for another scoop without storing in the freezer.
Each 1 litre batch can be made really quickly in this self chilling machine, especially when using the pre-cool feature. It emits a helpful bleep when it’s time for additions to the recipe like fruit, nuts, cookie crumbs, praline or choc chips. There’s an optional fun setting that will even play you a little ice cream van tune when the dessert is ready if you wish!
