The grill plates are heated from within by fully enclosed elements and they are dishwasher safe. With fully adjustable hinges for thickness, you can even adjust the angle of the plates – slightly sloping to drain oil and fat in to the drip tray, or flat for fried eggs or pancakes. Open the whole thing out flat to have double the area and single sided grilling.
With superfast preheat and recovery times the ridged side of the grill, coupled with the 2400 watt embedded heating elements, offers a perfect high temperature sear for the steak enthusiast. The temperature probe and the rest time programming ensures you can take your food off to rest at exactly the right moment, guaranteeing the perfect level of doneness, every time.
