3 years ago I finally decided to get in shape and after doing lots of research I decided that rebounding was for me. I also knew that if I got a flimsy rebounder then I was less likely to enjoy the exercise and stick with it. I am very happy that I decided to spend a bit more and get the PT bouncer!!! It feels so much more stable, its a little bit bigger – so you don’t go off the edge in some moves; and it has great spring – not too hard, not too soft. I also love the DVD that came with it – using it 3 to 5 times a week for 3 years and not bored yet!!
I got it to lose weight – which I have; I got it to improve my health and I got it because of the cellular benefits – to keep my skin and organs toned and youthful.
