It makes 2mm and 3mm veg spaghetti as well as the ubiquitous 3mm thick spiral slice. Suction feet keep it firmly planted while you twiddle away and when you’re done making your courgette spaghetti, the modular blades slot neatly into place under the sliding carriage.
We really like the matt grey finish on this latest addition to the Lurch Spiralizer family, adding a touch of class to the solid performance that we find across the Lurch range. With a slight improvement in blade design, this elegant but functional Spiral Slicer is a great choice for anyone who wants to swap out pasta for healthy vegetable noodles. Highly recommended.
