The Kuvings REVO830 boasts a complete redesign of the business end of the juicer to improve the user experience while also reducing waste. There are two main advances that make this possible and they work together perfectly. First is the dual feed chute. On one side is the trademark flip gate lid feed chute. At 88mm wide this will accept whole fruit and deliver them easily into the path of the juicing auger. On the other side is a narrower 43mm chute which is perfect for carrots, celery and other stalky or long ingredients.
The second step change is in the heart of the juicing mechanism. With the completely re-profiled juicing auger on the REVO830, Kuvings have all but eliminated the need for chopping ingredients by adding a new auto-cutting profile to the top. This powerful cutter is the first thing ingredients encounter as they arrive at the bottom of the dual feed chute, and this blade easily deals with whole carrots and celery stalks, chopping them into short pieces.
Ingredient preparation is possibly second only to ease of cleaning as a concern that people have when choosing a juicer. Being able to place large chunks of veg and whole apples into Kuvings juicers was already a winning feature with other models but the Kuvings REVO830 means even less prep. The auto cutting feature almost completely eliminates the need for the chopping board before you start juicing. It’s hard to believe until you see it for yourself – check out the product video above.
The Kuvings REVO830 Cold Press Juicer takes the title as our new ‘best in class’ model for juicing celery.
