GEO Organic Vivace Mix (300g Pack)

The 300g Pack of GEO Organic Vivace Mix is a nutritious and cockle warming blend of Radish, Red Radish and China Rose which will be ready after 5-6 days of sprouting. This mixture contains:

Organic Radish
Packed with vitamin C and trace minerals, Radish sprouts are great for your natural defences, as well as adding a slightly peppery note to balance the flavour of the Vivace Mix. Radish contains vitamins A and C, potassium, phosphorus, calcium and magnesium.

Organic Red Radish
Red Radish sprouts are very nutrient rich, especially with Vitamins A, B1, B2, C and the minerals Iron, Potassium, Magnesium, Phosphorous and Sodium. They can also help strengthen muscles and have antiseptic functions as well as stimulating the production of gastric acid.

Organic China Rose
China Rose is related to the radish seed. The sprouts are not quite as strong as normal radish but also not as sweet as red radish. They are excellent for clearing mucous and freeing up the airways as well as being beneficial for the entire intestinal tract. They are also extremely high in vitamin C and have a diuretic effect.
