GEO Organic Allegro Mix (400g Pack)

The 400g of Pack GEO Organic Allegro Mix comprises Alfalfa, Rocket, Cress and Leek and will be ready after 5-6 days of sprouting.

Organic Alfalfa

The alfalfa sprout is probably the easiest of all to grow. This popular, delicious salad sprout is very high in protein (40%) and helps lower bad cholesterol. It’s also rich in vitamin B complex, vitamins A,C,D,E, as well as phosphorous, calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, selenium and zinc.

Organic Rocket
Rocket sprouts have a spicy, nutty flavour and are anti-oxidant rich, as well as being abundant in Vitamins A, B, C and E. As well as Broccoli, Rocket sprouts are a good source of sulforaphane.

Organic Cress
Cress is a widely consumed sprout and the young shoots are very rich in Vitamins A, C and K. They are also rich in the minerals Iron and Calcium as well as carotenoids, mustard oil and anti-oxidants.

Organic Leek
A relative of onion and garlic, Leek sprouts have a sweet taste similar to a mild onion. They are rich in Vitamins A, B, C and E as well as Calcium, Chlorophyll, Iron, Magnesium, Niacin, Potassium, Phosphorous and Amino Acids.
