The Stockli Dehydrator With Stainless Steel Trays is a compact, small footprint stacking food dehydrator that has expandable capacity that allows you to add up to ten trays in total. Thermostatic control allows preservation of delicate enzymes for raw fooders with low temperature drying or food safe drying of meat and fish products at higher temperatures.

The design of the Stockli Dehydrator With Stainless Steel Trays facilitates temperature controlled drying throughout its three deep trays with the option of adding up to seven further trays to increase the drying area. It dries evenly throughout the tray area with variable, thermostatically controlled drying temperatures from fan only up to 70ºC (158°F) while using an economical (maximum) 600 watts of power. It features a safety cut-out with automatic reset to prevent accidental damage from overheating in the event that airflow is obstructed for any reason. The 33.5 cm circular base provides a compact footprint for this dehydrator making it ideal where space is at a premium while still offering a substantial drying area.
The baffles on the fan distribute heat more evenly with a clever series of concentric outlets in the base. The lid has a useful time indicator that you can set by hand to indicate either start or finish time for the produce you are drying and the instruction manual gives an easy guide to the art of dehydrating with recipes and drying times. Additional trays can be purchased separately.

Well pleased
As total beginners in the dehydrating game we got the three layer so not to overdo things and the steel ones for quality.
We are very pleased with how the Stockli performs .
My main love is jerky and with its 70C max it is well hot enough and does a great job.
However I also learned how nice the dried fruits are, also parsnip crisps.
We have yet to do potato crisps, but soon….
It holds a fair amount with just the three layers but knowing you can have up to another seven is great.
The only thing that I think would be an important extra would be the personalised silicone sheets as we do experience some sticking especially with the jerky.
We are going to get some spray oil to see if that improves things.
So to summarise the Stockli is great for the beginner and with the extra shelves can grow with you. It is fairly quiet as well with not a huge footprint .
