If you are using the EasyGreen Sprouter to grow wheatgrass, these trays will help you with crop rotation so you can have it at different stages of growth. Alternatively you can use them to grow other bulk sprouts that you like to eat regularly such as sunflower greens, mung bean sprouts or baby salad sprouts. Each tray completely fills the growing area in the Easygreen.
