The compact Cuisinart Ice Cream and Gelato Professional makes batches of frozen dessert up to 1.5 litres in size at the push of a button. The professional grade compressor freezer eliminates any need for pre-freezing the churn and you can be enjoying chefs quality ice cream in as little as 40 minutes.
There are two interchangeable rotating paddles for the churn. The ice cream paddle incorporates more air for lighter fluffier textures and the gelato paddle gives denser silky smooth texture to gelatos and sorbets. When your recipe is ready, the machine keeps it frozen for an additional ten minutes ready for serving or transfer to your freezer.
