It would be quicker to list the kitchen tasks that the Cuisinart Expert Pro Food Processor can’t do than to list everything that it does! If you could choose only one kitchen helper to speed up all your culinary creations, this would probably be it.

The large capacity bow allows bulk prep of ingredients with either the main chopping blade or the various discs and attachments included. There’s a reversible grating disc for medium or fine grating, and a fully adjustable slicing disc that cuts slices from 1mm to 7mm in depth.

There’s a dicing kit for producing perfect 1cm cubes from hard ingredients like potatoes, with a safe cleaning tool for clearing the dicing blade when you’re done. By some incomprehensible manner of sorcery, Cuisinart have even managed to design a spiralizer attachment that can make the now ubiquitous courgette spaghetti, or ribbon spirals if you prefer. There’s also a dough blade for kneading and mixing.

The small processing bowl seals neatly inside the larger one and with the smaller blade it’s perfect for chopping small quantities and whizzing up salsas, salad dressings, mayonnaise, dips, sauces and more. All the accessories neatly stow away perfectly in the custom storage containers when not in use. With high and low speed buttons that run the processor continuously until you hit the off button, and a pulse button for short bursts, you have perfect control of all your recipes with the Cuisinart Expert Pro Food Processor. We think it’s one of the best value large capacity processors out there.
