With two grating and slicing blades for medium and fine processing, plus two sizes of main processor blades, one for each of the integral processor bowls, it slices, grates, chops, blends, purees and more.
The Easy Prep Pro by Cuisinart is perfect for singles and small families or for tasks that don’t need a huge capacity food processor for bulk recipes. Prepare your favourite recipes in a fraction of the normal time.
Its compact design still allows processing up to a capacity of 1.9 litres in the main bowl, which is plenty for most purposes. It comes with an additional small 0.7 litre bowl that sites perfectly sealed within the larger one. This keeps the larger bowl clean when you’re doing smaller processing tasks like dressings and dips, although all the top parts are dishwasher safe.
The Easy Prep Pro covers all the main tasks with two sizes of grating and slicing disc for the main bowl. The medium disc produces 4mm thick slices or 4mm thick grated ingredients and the fine disc is used for 2mm slices and grating. There are two sizes of processing blade for chopping, blending, pureeing and more – one for each of the integral processor bowls.
