This manufacturing quality of this compact and attractive citrus press stands apart from the cheaper Chinese import citrus juicers seen in the high street and the motor doesn’t bog down when you apply firm pressure to the fruit while juicing.
As you push a half orange down onto the reaming cone, the cone starts to spin and extract juice. The reaming cone has two clever ‘fins’ at its base that help to strain the juice through the stainless steel pip-strainer below. The juice then flows through the stainless steel spout which has a handy ‘pop-up’ feature to prevent dripping when you finish juicing. Clean up takes seconds and there’s a handy dust cover so you can leave it out ready for daily use.
