The substantial hopper on top of the Zumex Speed Up accommodates up to 20 kg of citrus fruits, allowing for extended operation before needing to replenish, ideal for busy service periods. It offers both self-service and professional modes of operation. In self-service mode, customers can interact directly with the juicing process, while professional mode allows for preset, automatic juicing by staff for consistent output. Professional mode allows a set number of fruits to be juiced continuously and there’s a fruit counter to keep track of throughput to monitor profitability.

The juicer uses Zumex’s proprietary PulpOut conveyor system to remove pulp and pips from the path of the juice outlet to keep things flowing smoothly and reduce the frequency of attention during self service periods. Internal components benefit from Zumex’s Antibacterial Silver Polymer (ASP) technology, using silver ions to prevent bacterial growth, keeping your juice hygienic for long periods.

The design facilitates easy cleaning, with a three-step disassembly process for maintenance. Parts are dishwasher safe. It also includes a motor seizure detection system for safety, automatically stopping if any operational issue is detected. Integral waste buckets catch the empty citrus skins for easy disposal, and there are wheeled podium options with larger waste capacity available.
