Lurch Base & Soul Juicer

The Lurch Base & Soul Slow Juicer is suitable for wheatgrass, leafy greens and all other fruits and vegetables. Its suction base clamp locks it solidly to any smooth worktop and there’s also a screw on clamp for fixing to the edge of a work surface or table. The specially developed auger in this juicer was two years in the design process and it makes for very efficient cold press juicing without electricity. It’s also easier to crank than most manual juicers because it has a 2:1 gear ratio between the handle and the auger. The base and soul concept from German brand Lurch means that the base of the juicer can be used with the other ‘soul’, or top parts in the range which include a drum grater attachment and a mincer grinder, making this a very versatile little kitchen machine.
