The Sana Oil Extractor allows you to cold press just the right amount of your favourite nut and seed oils to be used fresh. Delicate aromatics, essential fatty acids and other nutrients in cold-pressed oils begin to degrade quite quickly, so for best results it is recommended that just enough oil for up to a couple of days use is made at one time, so that your recipes have the optimum flavour and nutritional qualities. Whether used as flavourings, in salad dressings or as a nutritional supplement the oils produced are of the very best quality and have to be tasted to be believed. But this is not a machine for producing large quantities of oil and bottling it for storage – the whole point with the Sana Oil Extractor is that the oil is used fresh.
Assembly and cleaning of the oil press attachment is simple and intuitive and it comes with a delightful glass jug to catch the oil, which has a stainless steel sieve that sits neatly on top of it.
The Sana Oil Extractor produces cold pressed oils from the following ingredients: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, poppy seeds, rapeseed, sesame seeds, hemp seeds, evening primrose, black cumin, coconut (desiccated), almonds, Brazil nuts, pistachios, pine nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, cashews, and macadamia nuts.
