Vitamix Explorian Series E310 Blender

Vitamix have gone back to their roots with the curiously named Explorian E310 blender and some more experienced Vitamix aficionados might notice a similarity to the old school ‘Total Nutrition Centre’ motor that made Vitamix into a household name for quality decades ago. We like simple things that just work and there is a pleasing familiarity to the intuitive variable speed and pulse controls. By keeping the fancy electronics to a minimum they have presented a more affordable option in the Explorian but it loses none of the durability and performance that people have come to expect from this American blender giant.

It’s a great Vitamix at a great price, although perhaps more suited to smaller households and families, but still lacking none of the capability that healthy living demands. The Explorian will breeze through green smoothies, nut butters, frozen fruit desserts, raw soups and it won’t flinch at milling hard ingredients like nuts seeds and grains with the optional dry container.
