This appealing multi juicer is a great asset in any business where freshly made fruit and vegetable juice is needed fast. The dual speed option with high speed for hard ingredients and a lower speed for fruit means maximum return on your ingredients with minimum waste. It looks great in any front of house application and in a busy juice bar you’re sure to find a colour option that will attract your customers as much as the user friendly design attracts you. Assembly is a breeze and although you’ll need a brush to clean the filter screen as with any juicer, all the top parts are dishwasher safe.

There’s a handy no drip juice tap and a spill tray on which to stand the container you are juicing into. A 12 litre pulp bucket means emptying waste is not onerously frequent and theres also a through counter pulp ejection bucket available as an optional extra if you want to site a bin directly under the counter. The electronically controlled 3/4hp motor maintains an even spin speed for efficient juicing and the standby mode is an energy saving feature of the Zumex Multifruit.

The feed chute is larger than the one on the almighty Nutrifaster that does help cut down on ingredient preparation, and the Zumex multifruit claims a production rate of 1.8 litres a minute. This means it is great in high demand situations, but for really busy juice bars where you are serving all day long, we’d still recommend the Nutrifaster.
