It has the fairly standard spiralizer blade offerings of two thicknesses of vegetable spaghetti and one spiral slice blade. Perfect for making courgetti as well as slicing ingredients for drying in a dehydrator, the Excalibur Spiral Slicer is held firmly in place by suction feet as you process the ingredients.
