The Sage Custom Loaf Bread Maker (AKA The Custom Loaf Pro) oozes the familiar feeling of quality that comes as standard when you unbox any product from the Sage range. The full stainless housing is both elegant and practical, with everything you need to start baking your first loaf intuitively to hand, from the simple instructions to the very user friendly LCD control panel.
It’s easy to keep an eye on progress through the glass lid with the baking chamber light and you can set your preferred crust darkness to light medium or dark. The collapsible dough paddle flips flat after the kneading phase so you end up with less of an indentation on the bottom of the loaf when finished. It also comes with a fixed paddle if you want to switch from making bread to making homemade jam in the non-stick chamber.
For all you aficionados and experimenters there’s the option to store up to 9 custom programs in the memory for future use, although for most bread recipes we think you’ll be happy with the predictably perfect results that the standard programs will reliably repeat.
